Family sessions are a rare pause in the middle of everything else. School runs, work, the constant motion of raising kids who change faster than you can keep up with. 40 minutes set aside to just be together.

No agenda. No performing. Nothing to organise except showing up.

I’ll guide you through it all. You won’t need to wonder what to do, wrangle the kids into stiff poses, or worry about anyone looking awkward.

We’ll find the best light, the right location, and I’ll give gentle direction that lets your family be your family, so the final images feel honest and unforced, even though they’re carefully crafted.

I’m a wedding family photographer based in Canberra. Though location doesn’t stop me from regularly capturing incredible photos in places like the The South Coast, Sydney, Blue Mountains, along with regular travel throughout Australia.

My approach combines the sophistication of editorial and the candid nature of documentary photography. Both intentional, both essential.

In practical terms, I work fluidly between the two throughout your session.

The result is a gallery where authentic emotion and incredible artistry exist together.

As a father and husband, I also understand the immense value and importance of capturing life’s moments. So I bring the same level of care and intention to telling your story as if it were my own.
