Wedding Highlights
Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Blue Wren Farm, Willemijn and Charles’s wedding day was a beautiful celebration of love that had progressed rapidly after their first meeting.
Their story began with a simple swipe on Hinge in February 2021, but it was Sydney’s lockdown that truly built their relationship. A “temporary” living arrangement turned into the foundation for their future together.
The day perfectly combined two distinct cultures, Willemijn’s European charm perfectly complementing Charles’s laid-back Australian nature. Their unique way of expressing love was evident throughout the day. While Willemijn’s family shared what you’d consider a more traditional expressions of affection, Charles and his family maintained their endearing tradition of saying “I love you” with a playfully raised middle finger. This added so many moments of laughter, giggles and smiles throughout the day.
